Career-to-Cradle Outcome Areas
As part of the StriveTogether national network, we align our efforts with their Theory of Action framework, which helps communities like ours transform systems and improve outcomes for every child. Our work is guided by seven key outcome areas that reflect the most critical milestones in a student’s educational and career journey.
These outcomes are not abstract goals—they are measurable indicators that help us and our community stay focused, aligned, and accountable. Our work is grounded in data, community voice, and collaborative partnerships.
